John D’Cunha has joined the firm from the UK as a manager with eight years insolvency experience. John has an honours degree in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

John has previously worked for Moore Stephens LLP and Baker Tilly LLP (formerly HLB Kidsons) during his tenure in Corporate Recovery and Reconstruction. John has worked on many corporate and personal insolvency related cases such as Creditors and Member Voluntary Liquidations, Administrative and Law of Property Act Receiverships, new and old Administrations, Company and Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcies. He has also worked on various business turnaround and due-diligent assignments for some of the leading banks and lending institutions. A majority of the insolvency and rescue related assignments have been within the clothing and textiles, retail, transportation, information technology, and food industries. On the whole, his experience has enabled him to become proficient in realizing and tracing assets, directors’ investigations, reporting to and liaising with creditors and dealing with other regulatory matters.
